As a seasoned internet entrepreneur and an angel investor, Andrew is the founder of IQIYI (one of the largest online premium video content platform in China with over 300 million users) and Yidian Zixun (one of the largest news app in China with 20 million daily active users) and remains as a board member of both companies. Andrew is also the Chairman and CEO of Haizhi Technologies, a company established in July, 2013 focusing on data visualization business. In June 2015, Andrew founded Skyview Fund, an investment firm focusing on early-stage investments. As a key member of Baidu since its early years, Andrew was the vice president at business development, leading Baidu’s strategic cooperation, investments, merger and acquisition, PR and international business development. Andrew holds a master degree of management from Stanford University.
Alex was a partner at Matrix Partners and invested numerous outstanding enterprises such as ele.me, Guazi.com, mwee.com, Tops Tech, youzan.com and Guoper. Before joining Matrix, Alex was an associate at IDG Capital focusing on TMT and consumer industries. Alex was one of the earliest employees of Shanda (NASDAQ: SNDA).His experience as the CEO of his start-up company gives him deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and makes him more willing to help portfolio companies on strategy, management and talents hunting. Alex holds an MBA degree from CEIBS.
Lincoln is head of the deal sourcing team. Lincoln possesses extensive experience in Internet investment and financing, and has built a start-up, could understand the Internet business from various perspectives. Lincoln once severed as a senior manager of the M&A Dept. of Baidu, where he organized a number of strategic investments, asset spin-off projects, and led the establishment of iQIYI, which is now the leading online video platform in China. In 2010, Lincoln was appointed director and board secretary of iQIYI, overseeing M&A, fund raising, marketing, public relations, and strategic cooperation. In 2013, together with his former Baidu colleagues, Mr. Lin set up a K-12 education technology company Kuailexue, focusing on "Data Driven Learning". Lincoln graduated from Xiamen University in 2005, with a master degree in management.
